The folks of Williamson County are great. I've got some really loyal customers, and ones I can truly call friends. I started selling our beef locally as a way to keep the ranch going. Now it's become something of an nutrtional-ecological-economical mission. We need all the help we can get, but I believe the groundswell is beginning to make a difference.
